Terms of Sale & End-User Licence Agreement
Last updated 22 August 2026
These Terms form a binding agreement between you (“Purchaser”) and Angelic Manifestation(“Licensor”) governing the purchase and use of the digital course “I Have It All — The Completion Method” and all associated written lessons, videos, workbooks, PDFs and downloadable files (the “Course”). By completing checkout, downloading, or accessing any part of the Course, you accept these Terms in full. If you do not accept them, do not purchase or access the Course.
1. Licence granted
On receipt of payment, Licensor grants Purchaser a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence to access, download and use one copy of the Course for Purchaser's own private, non-commercial study. Purchaser may print a single copy of the written materials for personal use.
2. Reservation of rights
The Course is licensed, not sold. All right, title and interest in and to the Course — including copyright, trade marks, method names, structure, sequence and organisation — remain the exclusive property of Licensor. No rights are granted by implication.
3. Prohibited uses
- Copying, reproducing, republishing, uploading or posting any part of the Course.
- Sharing account access, download links, files or passwords with any other person.
- Selling, reselling, renting, licensing or distributing the Course, in whole or part.
- Teaching, coaching, presenting or repackaging the Course or the Completion Method for payment or in any group, membership or commercial setting.
- Translating, adapting, summarising for distribution, or creating derivative works.
- Recording, screen-capturing, transcribing or re-uploading the videos to any platform.
- Using any part of the Course to train, fine-tune, embed or evaluate machine-learning or artificial-intelligence systems, or to generate derivative content by automated means.
- Removing, obscuring or altering any copyright notice, watermark or attribution.
4. Price, payment and delivery
The Course price is $28 USD, payable once. Payment is processed by a third-party payment provider; Licensor does not store card details. Delivery is immediate and digital: on successful payment you are directed to a download page containing the Course guide and workbook files. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.
5. Refund policy
All sales are final. The Course is a digital good delivered in full and immediately on payment, and is therefore non-returnable and non-refundable. No refund, credit or partial refund is offered for change of mind, non-use, dissatisfaction with results, or completion of any part of the Course. By completing payment you confirm that you understand the Course is delivered instantly and that you waive any right of withdrawal or cancellation available for digital content to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Where a non-waivable statutory right to a remedy exists in your jurisdiction, that right is unaffected by this clause.
6. No guarantee of results
The Course is educational and philosophical in nature. Licensor makes no representation, warranty or guarantee of any specific outcome, including financial, professional, relational, physical or emotional results. Reviews and testimonials describe individual experiences and are not typical or promised results. See the full Disclaimer, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Licensor's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Course or these Terms is limited to the amount actually paid by Purchaser. Licensor is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, or for lost profits, lost income, lost savings or lost opportunity, however caused. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, and nothing limits any non-excludable rights you may hold as a consumer under the mandatory law of your place of residence.
8. Termination and enforcement
Licensor may terminate the licence immediately, without refund, on any breach of Clause 3. Purchaser acknowledges that unauthorised distribution causes irreparable harm for which damages alone are inadequate, and that Licensor is entitled to seek injunctive relief in addition to statutory damages, actual damages, disgorgement of profits, and recovery of legal costs and enforcement expenses to the extent permitted by applicable law.
9. Third-party material and attribution
The Course discusses and builds upon the publicly published teachings of Neville Goddard (1905–1972). Short quotations are used for purposes of commentary, criticism and teaching with attribution. The Course is an independent original work; it is not endorsed by, and claims no affiliation with, any estate, foundation or publisher connected to Neville Goddard.
10. Entire agreement, severability and assignment
These Terms, together with the Disclaimer, Copyright Notice and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior communications. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remainder stays in force and the provision is construed to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable. Purchaser may not assign this agreement; Licensor may assign it on notice.
11. Changes
Licensor may amend these Terms for future purchases. The version in force at the time of your purchase governs your licence. Material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date above.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located there, save where mandatory consumer-protection law in the Purchaser's country of residence provides otherwise. The parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution by email for 30 days before commencing proceedings.
13. Contact
Notices, licence requests, refund requests and copyright enquiries should be sent to the contact address published on this site. Replace the placeholder contact address with your business email and, where required by consumer law, your registered business name and address before selling to the public.
